The topics covered issues related to artificial intelligence, including the trend of addressing the use of artificial intelligence in document disclosure agreements; the importance of document disclosure agreements; how to generate search terms; why and how to use the hierarchies feature in Nuix Discover.
eDiscovery: Tips and Trends (November 2023) - Recording
In the last session of 2023, the presenters provided an overview of important tips and trends in the rapidly changing area of eDiscovery. The topics discussed included an update on caselaw regarding spoliation; using the People and Orgs feature in the Nuix Discover Conditional Coding Pane; Coding Macros in the Conditional Coding Pane; and information and using the Continuous Active Learning feature in Nuix Discover.

The topics discussed included an update on caselaw related to emojis; ChatGPT and the review of documents; using the Wayback Machine for Internet evidence; and checklists available for Nuix Discover users.
Effective Virtual Training Workshop
A highly interactive workshop which aims to build facilitation competencies for the virtual environment. It is part two of the Blended Virtual Trainer Program designed to prepare Justice Canada facilitators to deliver effective instructor-led virtual training.
Emergency First Aid and CPR Level C, AED
At the Department of Justice, every floor must have a minimum amount of First Aid Attendants (FAAs). FAAs are Justice employees who provide assistance when needed, on a voluntary basis.
