Description

Please note that this course is open to Justice Canada employees only.

Join Christina Bergeron, Organizational Mental Health and Employee Support Advisor at Canadian Heritage, for an authentic and transformative session on workplace wellness. Drawing on 20 years of lived experience and a decade of professional expertise, Christina explores the realities of mental health challenges and the path to reclaiming one's power.

This session moves beyond theory to address the practicalities of a "human-first" environment. Participants will examine the Mental Health Continuum, learn to navigate the Spheres of Control during periods of destabilizing change, and discover how tools like the Workplace Accessibility Passport can facilitate essential accommodation needs. Through a lens of kindness and inclusion, Christina demonstrates why the language we use is a vital tool for breaking collective stigma.
