Description

Please note that this course is open to Justice Canada employees only.

In a modern workplace, leadership is about more than just strategy - it’s about human connection. Join Amisha Modi, a strategic human resources leader and wellness advocate, for an impactful session that bridges the gap between organizational policy and the human reality of mental health.

Despite our progress, more than half of Canadians experiencing mental health challenges still lack the support they need due to stigma and systemic barriers. Amisha challenges this reality by blending her professional HR expertise with the powerful lived experience of her family’s journey with depression. Through compassionate storytelling and evidence-based insights, this session moves beyond statistics to foster a truly inclusive culture.
