Description
Please note that this course is open to Justice Canada employees only.
Ergonomics is an applied science that focuses on optimizing your workspace to maximize efficiency while preventing musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs), such as eye strain or back and neck pain. Whether you are in the office or teleworking, your physical posture directly influences your energy and concentration.
As part of the services provided by the Centre for Workplace Accessibility, Health and Wellness (CWAHW), this interactive session offers concrete tools to transform your work environment into a healthy, ergonomic, and productive space.
Why participate?
Because ergonomics is the key to transforming your workspace into a healthy, productive, and stimulating environment. Register now to create a work environment that supports you every day!
