Discover how emotional intelligence can help you communicate and support your mental well-being.
In this interactive session, participants will explore the foundations of emotional intelligence (EI), why it matters, and how it directly influences stress management, resilience, and workplace relationships. Through practical examples and reflective exercises, you’ll learn the five core components of EI—self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills—and how to apply them in everyday situations.
