Description

Please note that this course is open to Justice Canada employees only.

In this interactive session, led by Doctor Jean-Luc LeBlanc, we will explore practical strategies to maintain mental health and build resilience in the workplace, especially when navigating the challenges of budgetary constraints. Topics will include grounding exercises, the mental health continuum, and understanding the three dimensions of resilience. We’ll discuss stress management, emotional appraisal, and effective coping strategies to help you thrive despite financial pressures. The session will also cover the impact of dismissal or termination processes and the importance of redirecting or refocusing attention for better emotional regulation. Self-care practices, such as breathwork, permission to feel, and Hatha Yoga, will be introduced, along with the benefits of spending time in nature and fostering strong social support networks. Join us for an opportunity to learn, reflect, and gain tools for navigating workplace challenges while safeguarding your mental well-being. We hope you’ll join us for a supportive and uplifting experience.
