In this interactive session, led by Doctor Jean-Luc LeBlanc, we will dive into the complex nature of uncertainty and how it impacts our mental well-being. We will define uncertainty and explore the emotions that often accompany it, such as anxiety, ambiguity, and the challenges of emotional appraisal. Participants will engage in grounding exercises aimed at building resilience and discover effective coping strategies, including reframing techniques, to better tolerate uncertainty. This session offers practical tools to help you face life’s unpredictability with a clearer mindset and a more balanced approach to managing your emotions. Join us for a safe space to reflect, learn, and equip yourself with strategies for navigating uncertain times.
