Prerequisite courses required: IFMS Overview (Tech-004)
The Reporting course provides instructions on extracting financial data from IFMS. Participants will learn to execute various types of reports and use tools for manipulating the data, including sorting, summing, and filtering. The course also covers the creation, modification, and saving of custom report parameters. Additionally, participants will learn how to export reports to Excel.
Learning objectives:
By the end of this learning activity, participants will be able to:
- Extract financial information from IFMS using various report types.
- Use tools to sort, sum, and filter data.
- Create, modify and save custom report parameters.
- Download reports into Excel.
Client: Finance and Planning Branch in collaboration with The Centre of Expertise for Learning and Professional Development (CoELPD).
