Description
A 60-minute online self-paced course that provides theory and skills required to effectively manage your email. You will learn about your information management responsibilities, how to distinguish between transitory emails and emails of business value, and how to manage each type. You will also be provided with tools and resources to assist in managing your Outlook mailbox.
Learning Objectives:
By the end of this learning activity, participants will be able to:
• Follow the legal and policy requirements for email
• Differentiate between emails of business value and transitory email messages
• Sort and delete transitory email
• Use the various corporate repositories to file and store emails
