The Overview course provides an introduction to navigating the IFMS/SAP system, focusing on essential tasks such as managing the "Easy Access" screen, creating favorites, and defining user parameters. Participants will learn how to log in and out of the system, understand key components of the main screen, use transaction codes, and update personal profile information. The course also explains the different document types and numbering sequences within IFMS/SAP.
Learning objectives:
By the end of this learning activity, participants will be able to:
- Navigate the IFMS/SAP "Easy Access" screen efficiently
- Log in and out of their IFMS/SAP account
- Understand the key components of the main screen
- Using and understanding the purpose of transaction codes
- Create favorites and folders
- Update personal profile information
- Define parameters
- Recognize the different document types and their numbering sequences
