Description
The overall objective of this course is to enable Billing Review Managers to understand their role in the Legal Services Revenue (LSR) process and enable them to review and approve billing in IFMS-SAP.
After taking this course, learners should be able to:
- Describe the FTE Billing, Hourly Billing, Timeslips and Disbursement processes;
- Use IFMS reports and layouts to review Sales Documents;
- Approve or block Sales Documents; and
- Cancel or reject Sales Items in the Sales Documents.
