Description
Justice Canada stands at a pivotal moment in its digital transformation journey, seeking to empower staff with foundational and practical AI skills. The AI Enablement with Microsoft Copilot program is a flexible, instructor-led training initiative designed to help organizations confidently adopt and maximize the value of Microsoft Copilot and broader AI technologies. The program is tailored to address common challenges such as employee hesitation, uncertainty about ROI, and lack of user proficiency—even for organizations that have already invested in Copilot licenses.
Learning objectives / Topics covered:
By the end of this learning activity, participants will be able to:
- Foundational AI Literacy: Staff will gain a clear understanding of AI concepts, tools, and safe usage practices.
- Practical Prompt Engineering Skills: Participants will learn how to craft effective prompts for Copilot and other AIbtools.
- Enhanced Productivity: Training will focus on summarising, drafting, and editing workflows to improve daily efficiency.
Presented by: Learning Tree International in collaboration with the Centre of Expertise for Learning and Professional Development (CoELPD).
