Description

Learn how to use harmon.ie for document libraries in the Digital Workspace (DW) and LEX. harmon.ie is a tool that complements the Outlook mailbox, and provides quick and easy access to documents located in an DW collaboration site or LEX document library. This course is intended for employees who have harmon.ie installed on their computers.

Learning Objectives:

By the end of this learning activity, participants will be able to:

  • Connect their document libraries to Outlook in order to access documents from their mailbox.
  • Navigate harmon.ie in a comfortable manner.
  • Save their most used libraries as Favorites.
  • Easily file emails with business value in an DW or LEX library.
  • Share documents with internal and external colleagues.
