Description

This fun and immersive activity is designed to bolster partnerships between newly matched mentoring pairs, as well as existing mentors and associates. Try it out and let us know your feedback!

Learning objectives:

By the end of this learning activity, participants will have had the opportunity to:

  • Build and foster a working relationship between mentor and associate
  • Set boundaries and expectations for the mentoring relationship
  • Practice giving and receiving feedback
  • Create your first mentoring agreement
