Description

Executives, managers and supervisors are invited to join this session that is designed to equip them with information to get familiarized with the overall performance and talent management for employees and senior cadre process while getting informed about the revised expected behaviours (core competencies and key leadership competencies), and the resources and services available to support them in the performance management cycle.

Learning Objectives/ Topics covered:

  • Overview of the PMTM for Employees and Senior Cadre
  • Ombuds and Informal Resolution Services Office
  • Labour Relations
  • Harassment and Violence Prevention Program
  • Values and Ethics
  • Organizational Health Programs

NOTE: This event will take place partly in French and partly in English, without simultaneous translation.

Client: The Centre of Expertise for Learning and Professional Development (CoELPD).
