Description
You may have wondered how the public service classification system works, or why it exists in the first place. Maybe you have been curious about your own position and may want to know how it was classified, who made that decision, and whether this decision can be changed. If so, you’re not alone.
This session will demystify the classification process by addressing common questions and misconceptions. You will learn about the purpose of the classification system, the steps involved in classifying a position, and the key factors that influence these decisions.
NOTE: This event will take place partly in French and partly in English, without simultaneous translation.
