Description

The Justice Managers Community Network invites all managers and supervisors to join this session that is designed to equip managers with tools to prevent burnout in their own roles. Through practical strategies, guided reflections, and useful resources, participants will learn to recognize signs of exhaustion, set healthy boundaries, and foster a work environment that supports well-being.

The Justice Managers Community Network in collaboration with the Centre of Expertise for Learning and Professional Development (CoELPD).
