Description

This course outlines the different types of wrongdoing in the federal public sector and explains legal obligations, disclosure mechanisms, and how reports are handled, to promote integrity and transparency.

Learning objectives:

By the end of this information session, participants will:

  • Define what constitutes wrongdoing under the PSDPA.
  • Identify the types of wrongdoing and their criteria.
  • Recognize situations that do not fall under the PSDPA.
  • Explain the disclosure mechanisms and the protections against reprisals.

Presented by: The Human Resources Department in collaboration with the Centre of Expertise for Learning and Professional Development.
