The Justice Managers Community Network invites all managers and supervisors to join us on an engaging panel discussion hosted in collaboration with the Workload Improvement Network (WIN), where experienced managers will share practical and innovative strategies they’ve implemented to manage and improve workload within their teams.
Whether you're a new or seasoned manager, this panel will offer valuable insights and actionable ideas to help you and your team thrive.
This session will spotlight real-world examples of how leaders are navigating today’s complex work environments by:
Topics covered:
- Prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands to reduce overwhelm
- Leveraging Microsoft 365 tools like Planner and Lists to track workloads
- Delegating work equitably and collaborating effectively during resource constraints
- Reducing communication overload and setting clear expectations
- Monitoring workloads to prevent burnout and support team well-being
- Ensuring fair work distribution, especially during transitions such as staff departures
