Description
Please note that this session is open exclusively to the Executive Community (EX-LC) at Justice Canada.
Communication and leadership are deeply connected. The most influential leaders think before they speak and communicate with Clarity, Brevity, and Impact®. The moments when you’re caught off-guard test you, challenge you, and reveal true leadership.
You and your listener leave frustrated when your delivery leaves room for misinterpretation.
With the right techniques, you can stay focused, present, and clear.
This course is in English, with simultaneous interpretation available in French.
Learning Objectives/ Topics covered:
After this 60-minute learning session, you will leave with tips, tools, and techniques to:

- Focus and structure your feedback so it is direct, clear, and memorable.
- Deliver clear direction and specific expectations during project planning and execution.
- Break up big messages into easy-to-understand and follow points
