Description

Please note that this course is open to Justice Canada employees only and that the advisory services module is now available. Stay tuned for the legislative drafting and litigation modules.

This online self-paced course provides Justice Canada legal practitioners with practical, Justice-specific guidance on applying Gender-Based Analysis Plus (GBA Plus) in legal services. Building on Women and Gender Equality Canada’s mandatory introductory training, it offers a clear framework and tools to integrate GBA Plus into legal services (including advisory, legislative and litigation services), clarify roles and responsibilities, support more inclusive and equitable outcomes, and encourage reflection on how biases may affect analysis and advice.
