Description

This one-hour self-paced online course introduces learners to Indigenous law and Indigenous legal traditions.

Content Warning: Please be advised that this course raises topics that may be emotionally challenging or triggering, such as discussions surrounding anti-indigenous and systemic racism, residential schools, assimilation, discrimination, and other negative impacts of colonization on Indigenous Peoples. We acknowledge the historical and intergenerational trauma that may be associated with these topics.
