Please note that this course is open to Justice Canada legal professionals only (lawyers, notaries who are members of the Chambre des notaires du Québec and paralegals).
The purpose of this learning event is to discuss the frameworks developed by the Supreme Court of Canada for judicially reviewing administrative decisions which engage the Charter, their implications for government decision-makers and DOJ counsel, and to highlight emerging issues.
