Demystifying Neuro diversity and understanding the value of different ways of perceiving and responding to the world.
- Key note speaker is a neuro divergent lawyer who will provide an overview on the supports and challenges in gaining acceptance within Canada’s legal profession.
- Expert speaker will discuss how neuro divergent individuals bring value to the workplace, and strategies for supporting neuro diverse individuals.
Learning Objectives / Topics covered
- Attendees will gain a better understanding of the challenges and supports required by neuro diverse individuals within Canada’s legal profession.
- Justice employees will understand the value of accepting and supporting neurodiverse coworkers.
- Employees are provided with information and resources to support neuro divergent individuals they encounter in the workplace and their private lives.
This course is bilingual, with interpretation available in both official languages.
Registration deadline: 5 working days prior to the course date.
Participants are responsible for adding their training activities to their Outlook calendars.
