Please note that this course is open to Justice Canada legal professionals only (lawyers, notaries who are members of the Chambre des notaires du Québec and paralegals).
After completing this course, learners will be able to:
- Describe the three main contexts in which litigators may encounter ATIP law.
- Define who the client is when ATIP law is invoked.
- Describe the points of process for litigators and the roles involved in ATIP review.
