The 2025 Regulatory Law day promises to offer timely, interesting and insightful information on a variety of subjects related to regulatory law.

  • Developments in the law on regulatory inspections
  • Co-Development of Legislation and Regulations with Indigenous Peoples
  • Federal regulation of greenhouse gas emissions
  • Auer v. Auer Panel
  • Governor in Council Decision Making: Reasonableness Review and Cabinet Secrecy.

This course is Bilingual, with interpretation available in both official languages.

In-Person location (NCR): Auditorium at Library and Archives Canada, 395 Wellington Street, Ottawa, ON K1A 0J1.

Registration deadline: 5 working days prior to the course date.
