This course is part of the Disclosure Project Management series offered by National eDiscovery and Litigation Support Services (NeDLSS). Disclosure Project Management is the eDiscovery framework adopted by the Department of Justice.
The presenters provided an overview of important tips and trends in the rapidly changing area of eDiscovery. The topics covered issues related to artificial intelligence, including the trend of addressing the use of artificial intelligence in document disclosure agreements; the importance of document disclosure agreements; how to generate search terms; why and how to use the hierarchies feature in Nuix Discover.
