Description

This course will provide participants an overview of Bill C-13, An Act for the Substantive Equality of Canada’s Official Languages.

Topics covered

  • Introduction to the Official Languages Act (OLA)
  • What were the key changes made to the OLA through C-13?
  • What are the key provisions of the Use of French in Federally Regulated Private Businesses Act?
