This course is part of the Disclosure Project Management series offered by National eDiscovery and Litigation Support Services (NeDLSS). Disclosure Project Management is the eDiscovery framework adopted ‎by the Department of Justice.

The presenters provided an overview of important tips and trends in the rapidly changing area of eDiscovery. The topics covered an overview of the services of the NLSS, how to view metadata in Nuix Discover, and MS Teams messages versus email messages.

  • Understanding and viewing metadata in Nuix Discover (23:30)
  • The difference between MS Teams and email messages (35:41)
