This course is part of the Disclosure Project Management series offered by National eDiscovery and Litigation Support Services. Disclosure Project Management is the eDiscovery framework adopted by the Department of Justice. This course provides focuses on the Review and Analysis Phase of the Disclosure Project Management Framework.
Accessibility Considerations in Document Review goes over what accessibility is and ways to make document review projects more accessible. This includes ensuring instructions and reference material for a document review exercise are written in plain language. It also includes advice on collecting and processing documents in formats optimal for using Nuix Discover’s accessibility tools. Nuix Discover can work with a number of assistive technology supports, but it does have limitations. The presenters suggest workarounds to ensure that Nuix Discover users can make the platform suit their individual needs. Small changes can lead to big results.
