This course is part of the Disclosure Project Management series offered by National eDiscovery and Litigation Support Services (NeDLSS). Disclosure Project Management is the eDiscovery framework adopted by the Department of Justice.
In the first session of 2024, the presenters provided an overview of important tips and trends in the rapidly changing area of eDiscovery. The topics discussed included an update on using ChatGPT for legal work, how to use Nuix Discover’s Map Pane effectively, and how to prepare a database for production.
