Description
This course is designed to equip Justice counsel to prepare for and participate effectively in mediations. After completing this training, counsel will be able to prepare their client for mediation taking into consideration different mediation forums and styles. Participants will have the opportunity to practice preparing their client, advocating for their clients interests, and negotiating a mutually acceptable resolution by engaging in a mediation role-play.
