Please note that INC-006, LEG00127 and INC-008, as well as the previous course given in the spring 2024 (INC-004), are part of the Anti-Black Racism and Anti-Oppression Training Series by ARADS.

A single bilingual session for senior leaders with a focus on challenges and opportunities for Justice senior leaders.

Learning objectives:

 By the end of this learning activity, participants will be able to:

• Lead organizational diversity, equality and inclusion with purpose and clarity

• Value the importance of DEI beyond performative initiatives

• Implement effective DEI policies, practices and process to inform day-to-day operations

• Meaningfully identify and respond to systemic barriers but there are limited structures within your organization to do so,

• Face challenges in setting and achieving measurable DEI goals that align with your organization’s mission, vision, and values

 

Presented by: Anti-Racism and Anti-Discrimination Secretariat (ARADS) team in collaboration with the Centre of Expertise for Learning and Professional Development (CoELPD).
