The purpose of this course is to help participants manage organizational change through empathy and psychological safety. It introduces strategies for caring for oneself, colleagues, and employees while fostering trust and accountability. The course explores how we navigate change and offers practical tools to identify what aspects of a situation are within our control, while empowering us to respond effectively to those we cannot control. The session emphasizes creating a supportive environment where open feedback, learning from mistakes, and collaboration thrive, along with guidance on where to seek additional support.
Learning Objectives:
- Define what a culture of care is
- Understand what role they play in contributing to a culture of care
- Understand the stages of change
- Better support colleagues and employees with empathy
- Identify their own needs during a period of change
Client: Informal Conflict Management System (ICMS) Team in collaboration with the Centre of Expertise for Learning and Professional Development (CoELPD).
