Description
All federal public servants deserve a work place where the values of civility and respect are promoted and upheld at the highest level, by everyone.
However, diverging opinions and train of thoughts can sometimes give rise to incidents and conflicts where civility and respect may lack which can negatively impact the work place. Many employees may find themselves uncertain of how to address such incidents and wether they should try to address it by themselves of consult support services.
This workshop, will help employees and managers deepen their understanding of what is civility and respect in the work place, including interpersonal interactions dynamics, best practices in comunication and roles and responsibilities when it comes to upholding these essential values.
The 120 minutes workshop on civility and respect covers the following topics:
