Description
Pierre-Luc Houde from the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada, and Sue Spooner from Employment and Social Development Canada will lead a discussion on topics related to their experiences with neurodiversity, mental health, and workplace accommodations.
Topics covered:
- Better understand neurodiversity through the lens of a colleague’s lived experiences in and out of the workplace
- Better understand mental health challenges through the lens of a colleague’s lived experiences in and out of the workplace
- Reflect on how to make the workplace a more accommodating environment for neurodiversity and mental health
- Identify resources to assist with challenges associated with neurodiversity and mental health
