Description
*It is strongly recommended for managers to take the course self-paced Justice Insider Risk Program for Managers (HWP-002) before registering.
As part of our ongoing commitment to a safe, secure, and supportive workplace, we are offering four Insider Risk Information Sessions for managers. Insider risk exists in every organization and is not limited to malicious intent. It can arise from a range of situations, including human error, evolving work environments, competing priorities, or personal circumstances. With the right awareness and practices in place, managers play a key role in both supporting their employees and protecting organizational information, assets, and systems. In any workplace, employees may experience pressures related to operational demands, evolving priorities, or personal circumstances.
Learning Objectives/ Topics covered:
This session will provide you with:
- An overview of insider risk and common behavioural indicators
- Practical steps to help mitigate risk within your teams
- Guidance on how to support employees while safeguarding organizational information, assets and systems.
- A safe space to ask questions and discuss real world scenarios.
