Description

The training is intended to support the administration staff to better understand their responsibilities by outlining the key concepts, roles and responsibilities of the delegation of spending and financial signing authority.

 

Learning Objectives: 

By the end of this learning activity, participants will be able to identify:

1. The Sources of Authority (where does authority come from?)

2. The Delegation Principles (How and why do we delegate?)

3. The Expenditure Process (the process in which we purchase goods and services)

4. This training will also explain the responsibilities of:

a. Administrative Staff

b. Responsibility Centre Managers

c. Functional Specialists
