Learning Objectives:

As the demographics of the workforce at the Department of Justice Canada are undergoing a dramatic transformation, we all need to do our part to promote a culture of diversity, equality, inclusivity and respect. This session aims to enhance your professional capacities by learning about the different generations, common stereotypes and gaining generational awareness through group discussions.

 

By the end of this learning activity, participants will be able to:

• Develop your knowledge of generational definitions and differences

• Identify strategies on how to communicate and lead each of the generations

• Learn about the impact of generational stereotyping and how to manage it.
