Description

This session is a great introduction to career planning; understanding that it is a life-long process of investing resources to establish and accomplish your future career goals. It is a continuing process that allows you to adapt to the changing demands of our dynamic economy. The career management process embraces various concepts: self-awareness, career development planning/career exploration, life-long learning, and networking.

Learning Objectives:

By the end of this learning activity, participants will be able to:

  • Gain knowledge of the steps to and start your self assessment and reflection for your career planning
  • Initiate reflection and take stock of the 5 principles of career development
  • Learn about available tools and resources at Justice to help and support you in your career management

Presented by: The Strategic Recruitment and Career Management Unit in collaboration with the Centre of Expertise for Learning and Professional Development (CoELPD).
