Please note that this course is only open to Justice Canada Legal Professionals. Specifically, the target audience for this course is Justice counsel.

We have developed a new in-class course for litigators who have carriage of litigation files arising under the Access to Information Act and Privacy Act. The first half of the course aims to provide litigators with an introduction to ATIP law. The second half of the course will explain to litigators the specific legal and procedural issues that arise in applications for review under sections 41 and 44 of the Access to Information Act and section 41 of the Privacy Act.
