Please note that this course is only open to Justice Canada Legal Professionals.
This course builds on the knowledge gained through the introductory training on the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples Act and the UN Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples. Participants will examine key statutory requirements of the Act in depth and learn how to apply analytical frameworks and tools in supporting their clients’ implementation of the Act, including the Action Plan.
