Description
Overview of the new talent management process for employees at the Department of Justice and the employees role in this exercise.
NOTE: This information session will be recorded and made available to all employees for on demand information/training purposes.
Learning Objectives:
By the end of this learning activity, participants will be able to:
- Define what talent management for employees is at the Department
- Understand the various aspects of the talent management process for employees
- Learn about the steps in the talent management process
- Prepare for a career conversation with their manager
- Know what tools and resources are available to support them in the process and for their development
