This course is part of the NUIX Discover series offered by the National eDiscovery and Litigation Support Services (NeDLSS). NUIX Discover (previously Ringtail) is the document review platform used by the Department of Justice. NeDLSS offers three types of courses in the NUIX Discover series: Basics, Analytics, and Case Administration. This course will focus on NUIX Discover Case Administration.
This course is intended for Case Leaders and Case Administrators who want to learn how to use search term families. The course walks participants through the process of creating search term families, testing them, and deleting and modifying search term families that don’t work. It also emphasizes the importance of using Excel, and tracking the search term families used as part of the document review project.
Information covered in this course may be content that forms part of the theoretical and practical tests for Reviewers to become Case Leaders.
