Description
This series of scenario-based modules is intended to provide EX- and LC-level managers with the information they need to effectively manage their teams.
Topics Covered:
- Staffing Processes (staffing considerations, launching a process, establishing merit criteria, etc.)
- Supporting Mental Health as an EX/LC (return-to-work processes, self care, mental health resources, etc.)
- Duty to Accommodate for EX/LCs (accommodating employees, interview accommodations, alternate work arrangements, etc.)
- Labour Relations (launching a process, establishing merit criteria, handling a grievance, etc.)
- Conflict Management (informal conflict management policies and services)
