Description

This course is part of the Disclosure Project Management series offered by National eDiscovery and Litigation Support Services. Disclosure Project Management is the eDiscovery framework adopted ‎by the Department of Justice. This course focuses on the Initiate Phase of the Disclosure Project Management Framework.

Discovery obligations start for parties as soon as litigation is commenced or anticipated. However, how do you know when litigation is reasonably anticipated? This course provides an overview on the guidelines and jurisprudence related to anticipating litigation.
