Description

This career information session for summer students is an opportunity to learn more about career management and human resources in the public service and the Department of Justice: career opportunities, available tools and resources for students to support them in their career development.

Learning Objectives: 

By the end of this learning activity, participants will be able to:

  • Present a brief overview of Justice Canada and the Federal Public Service
  • Discuss networking and career management opportunities accessible to students
  • Provide guidance on how to start a career at Justice Canada and in the Federal Public Service
  • Outline the relevant tools and resources in regard to recruitment and career management
  • Answer questions

Presented by: Strategic Recruitment and Career Management Unit in collaboration with the Centre of Expertise for Learning and Professional Development (CoELPD).
