Description
The objective of this online, self-paced course is to introduce participants to general principles of employment law in the federal public service. Course content focuses on the Public Service Commission and its mandate, as provided in the Public Service Employment Act, to:
- make appoints to and within the federal public service
- conduct investigations pertaining to public-service appointment processes, and
- oversee political activities.
