More than ever, networking plays a key role in career management, both in terms of job search and professional skills development. This session will help you understand the importance of networking and develop your own networking strategy tailored to your needs. Several tools and resources are available to develop and maintain your professional network to help you define and/or attain your career objectives.
Topics covered:
- How a better understanding of networking allows employees to expand their professional network.
- How employees can maximize their career development opportunities through networking.
- How to develop employees' knowledge of the tools and resources available to support them in the development and the maintenance of their professional network.
