This recorded course is part of the Disclosure Project Management series offered by National eDiscovery and Litigation Support Services. Disclosure Project Management is the eDiscovery framework adopted by the Department of Justice. This course focuses on the Collection Phase of the Disclosure Project Management Framework.
The facilitators provide a short overview of the legal issues involved in the collection Internet evidence, particularly social media.
The last part of the presentation focuses on methods of defensibly collecting Internet evidence by using Justice's Internet Evidence Team (IET).
